How does the 3-day trial work?
Your first hire works three days on a real task from your team. If it is not a fit, you pay nothing for those days and we keep looking.
What if it does not work out later?
If someone is not right in their first 30 days, we find you a replacement at no cost.
Is Borderless an employer of record?
No. The people we place are independent contractors with a signed agreement. That keeps it simple and fast, and it is the right fit for most remote roles. If you need someone on a local payroll with benefits, we will tell you on the first call.
Who owns the work?
You do. Every contractor signs an agreement before their first hour, and it assigns the work to your company.
Can I see my fee before I sign anything?
Yes. Create a company account and your fee, your contract and a full estimate are there before any commitment.
